“Postmenopause is a term to describe the time after you’ve gone through menopause. At this stage in life, your reproductive years are behind you and you’re no longer ovulating (or releasing eggs)”.2

Additionally, women are living longer. Globally, a woman aged 60 years in 2019 could expect to live on average another 21 years”.3
