March is National Nutrition Month in the United States, created by the [United States] Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. There goes chocolate. Or not.

In my favorite chocolate fantasy, chocolate is my major food group. I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner because it is good for me. Or is it?

Before I indulge in my fantasy, regrettably there is a teeny-weeny rational part of me that would like to know if chocolate is good for me and if so, exactly how much is the recommended dose of daily goodness.

Is it a family size block for one or as little as one or two squares per day? If it is the latter, then I would like a second opinion. Or a third or a fourth opinion, until someone tells me what I want to hear.
