In my favorite chocolate fantasy, chocolate is my major food group. I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner because it is good for me. Or is it?
Before I indulge in my fantasy, regrettably there is a teeny-weeny rational part of me that would like to know if chocolate is good for me and if so, exactly how much is the recommended daily dose of goodness.
Is it a family size block for one or as little as one or two squares per day? If it is the latter, then I would like a second opinion, or a third, or a fourth opinion, until someone tells me what I want to hear.
